Step 1: Turn off your cell phone
Step 2 :Now hold and press Volume up + Power button untill you see Recovery mode
Step 3 : Select wipe data factory reset from the menu
Step 4: To scroll button use volume Keys , and to confirm Press volume Up Key
Step 5 : Then confirm Yes by Volume up key
